Prom Committee is focusing on prepping for fundraising money for prom. “I love planning events and I wanted a sneak peek at the theme so I know what kind of dress to get” Junior, Emma Need said when asked why she joined. Prom Committee does a pie fundraiser and a new one this year is called Cupcakes and Canvas. Cupcakes and Canvas events happen on October 27, December 1, and December 15. At each event, you learn how to paint a canvas and get a lovely cupcake from Caroline’s Cupcakes here in Monticello, all for $30. Prom sponsor, Mrs. Padlo was asked about what the money is going towards, “All the processes are going straight into the prom fund for not only this year but years to come!” Come enjoy a night filled with painting and cupcakes and support Twin Lakes Prom!
