The TL Lady Indians won their season opener 21-6 at Clinton Central on Saturday, April 3.  Makenna Wilson was the winning pitcher with 6 strikeouts, while Taylor Hodgen rounded out the battery with 3 strikeouts.  Olivia Crawn gunned down a runner at third with the help of Makenna Downham.  The girls batted through the lineup and scored 11 runs in the first inning!   Lilly Foster went 2 for 5 at the plate with 2 doubles and 4 runs scored, Peyton Applegate went 3 for 4 with 3 runs scored, Taylor Hodgen went 3 for 4 with 2 runs scored, Kaitlyn Whitaker went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored, and Makenna Downham went 1 for 3 with a double and 1 run scored.  Great start to the season!
