Hey Friends~

I don’t know about you, but 2020 has been a wackadoodle  year.  I think that stress and anxiety have been at an all-time high.  Part of my training is learning how to chill and relax.  Last night I was super amped and refused to relax and chillout. Talk about driving Mom nuts!  LOL  I wanted in and out and in an out. When Mom took me outside, in our fenced yard, I ran zoomies all over the place and was barking my fool head off.  Normally, this is cute, but it was 9pm and neighbors wanted to sleep so Mom was frustrated with me.  I was like a little kid refusing to admit that I’m tired and need to go to bed. When Mom brought me inside I would just whine and bark and refuse to relax.  It took me 45 minutes to finally chillout and calm down enough to lay down and eventually fall asleep.  It made Mom think about how people are like that too. It’s so easy to get caught up in all the drama and pressure of life that it takes what seems like forever to calm down and relax our minds enough that we can chill.  Mom says this is something that I’m going to have to practice daily until I get it down pat and can be relaxed and chill the majority of the time, especially when I’m at school.  So remember that feeling anxious and stressed is something that can be overcome with practice.  Let’s all take some time and practice being chill and relaxed.
