Mya is a junior who loves yearbook, and joined because of her interest in graphic design, and getting to know and work with other students. Mya is passionate about swimming and has been swimming since she was six years old. One of her biggest accomplishments in her high school career was going to state for swimming two years in a row. Outside of school and swimming Mya likes to do crafts with her older sister that she really looks up to. She is also a part of roadies and dance marathon. Unfortunately, Mya is a cat person, but she has good music taste and her favorite artist is Khalid. Some things that have always come easy in her life are academics and learning new things. Mya hopes to travel when she’s older and would like to visit Europe and Iceland. Also, in the future Mya wants to swim in college and become an optometrist.
