Mallory VanDoren, Club and Sports Copy
Senior Mallory VanDoren has been working hard to graduate a year early. She never lets her Dyslexia stop her from doing what she desires. Her favorite classes this year are ap biology, lifeguarding and yearbook. She is into ap biology because she has enjoyed science as she grew up. VanDoren plays unified football, unified track and swimming. Her favorite memory of swimming is when she placed ninth at sectional for the 100 butterfly. When VanDoren is not in school she is working at Kroger and excelling in sports. Even if she has missed the wall 5 times in a 500 at sectionals, she continues and finishes. VanDoren hopes to become a marine biologist studying ocean life and improve everything she is doing. “I like to improve myself as a person because amazing people always continue to improve.” Van Doren said. She also wants to get a phd in marine biology once she is complete with college.
