Eric Santiago, Staff
Eric is Senior at Twin Lakes Highschool. He likes to spend his free time playing soccer, hanging with friends and family, and going on late night cruises. Eric has been playing soccer for four years and has been captain since Sophomore year. When it comes to academics, Eric's favorite subject is History related classes. Eric has been a cook since he started working. He has worked at four different restaurants since then. He plans to go to college to study an undecided major or join a Culinary program to help lead up to opening his own restaurant one day.
