Peyton Melchi is a Junior who is beginning her second year as a yearbook staff member. She loves taking pictures at athletic events. Melchi spent her summer doing activities she loves with her friends and family. She loves spending time on the water and enjoys surfing. While not in school or volleyball, she likes to cuddle with her dog, Harper. Peyton is an outside hitter on the court. Melchi has many secret talents including eating corn on the cob at a very fast pace. Peyton struggles with Chemistry and math. Melchi’s favorite animal is a sloth and her favorite color is black. In Melchi’s near future, she would like to accomplish her goal of being a labor and delivery nurse after attending Ivy Tech and Purdue. Melchi prefers to do things on her own but sometimes doesn’t mind company. If Peyton could meet any three people, dead or alive, she would meet Michael Jackson, Bill Nye, and her grandpa. Peyton just recently transferred from Tri-County highschool and can’t wait to see what this cooperation has in store for her.
